The shortest route for Lonavala from Mumbai is around 2 hours long with a distance of 86 km. This route is via Bengaluru – Mumbai Highway, connecting to Mumbai – Pandharpur Road and then Mumbai – Pune Highway. You finally travel on the Mumbai – Satara Highway to reach Lonavala.
The prominent destinations that you will cross on this route are Navi Mumbai and Khandala., both offering interesting sightseeing locations for stopovers.
